Gus is a truly exceptional real estate agent and better yet, a great person overall. He took the time to get to know me when I was a rental tenant at Freshwater Place and never pushed any old apartment. He took the time to show me various apartments nearby so I had a chance to compare different layouts and options, even when the apartments were already sold, just because he knew I’d want to have a look. He even came in on a Sunday to show us a few apartments since I didn’t have any other time available! After 3 years, he finally had a seller and myself as a qualified buyer and was able to put together an off-market purchase with minimal hassles.
